I bring to Infomall’s clients in Estonia and Finland decades of practical leadership experience in banking, business development and corporate management. My career includes senior positions in large financial institutions and commercial companies, which has given me a rare, practical understanding of both sides — as a banker who financed companies and as an executive who led them.
Before founding Infomall I served as CEO of Ülemiste City — one of Estonia’s largest business campuses — where I managed operations for a campus housing hundreds of companies and thousands of employees. Earlier in my career I held senior corporate banking roles at Sampo Bank as Head of Sales and Business Development and at Parex Bank as Director of Sales and Customer Service — experiences that gave me a deep understanding of corporate financial management, financing instruments and how banks evaluate companies.
My management experience also extends to trade and wholesale. I was a board member and CEO of Hadleri Hulgikaubandus AS, where I led the company’s development and prepared it for a successful sale. Later I merged the company with Balthazar Trading OÜ and continued as a board member, helping to guide the merged company’s further growth.
I have shared my leadership knowledge as a lecturer in strategic management at Markkinointi Instituut Eesti, training the next generation of business leaders.
Today I apply this broad experience — in banking, strategic management, trade and senior leadership — assisting Estonian and Finnish entrepreneurs with financial management, tax advisory and legal governance, supporting companies from formation through daily operations, financing applications and cross-border Estonia–Finland growth.
